Our bags are available in 21 colors, click here for more details. Do you accept custom orders? We are not accepting any custom orders that needs to be designed, created from scratch based on the buyer's desires. What are the payment options? All major Credit Cards - Visa and Mastercard, Debit Cards, Paypal & Bank transfer. Which currency can I use to place my order? All payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Is my personal information keep private? We will treat all the information you share with us as private and confidential. We may use your contact details to keep you informed of our latest offerings. Do I need to pay the shipping fee? Buyers pay for the shipping fee. Will I receive customs/import duties? Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. How will I know that my order is successful? After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Once the details have been verified, your order will be accepted, and the item will then be dispatched. You will receive a further email notification once your order is dispatched. How can I track my order? How do I cancel my order, return an item or ask for a refund? All items are non-cancellable / non-exchangeable / non-refundable once payment is received from your purchase. We strongly advice you to carefully view your order contents prior to payment submission. How long will it take to ship out my order? Order processing time is between 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that these are guidelines and you will be updated once the order has been shipped. How long will it take for me to receive my order? All items are shipped from Malaysia. You will receive a tracking number for the delivery. Local shipment: 3-7 working days. International shipment: 14-25 working days. Even longer for other countries. How do I care for my bags? To clean, spot treating is recommended, but if you must wash, always HAND wash cold with a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry and do not iron. Just don’t forget to remove leather accessories from your bag and clean them separately, wipe leather accessories with a cloth to remove dust or stains.
